What Is Magic Candle Company?
Magic Candle Company creates high-fragrance candles, wax melts, and related fragrance goods, with many scent themes inspired by vacation spots and theme parks. Their products are hand-poured, use a blend of wax that ensures good scent throw, and include features like wood wicks and options for priority or “rush” order shipping.
Website & Shopping Experience
-
Ordering & Fulfillment: Orders are custom made (hand poured), with usual fulfillment times of 3-5 business days before shipping. During busy seasons, this can stretch longer.
-
Shipping Options: The store offers standard vs priority shipping within the U.S., plus a “Rush My Order” add-on to get your order shipped earlier in the queue. International shipping is available for specific countries.
-
Returns & Guarantees: They have a “100% Magic Guarantee” for scent products. If you don’t like the fragrance, you can exchange it under certain conditions. Returns are accepted for unused products within 30 days. Shipping back is the customer’s responsibility.
-
Extras & Customer-Friendly Features: They offer “Magic Delivery Protection” for lost, stolen, or damaged packages (for U.S. orders). Wood wicks, scent descriptions, and options to pick bundles (e.g. “Pick 4 Large Candles”) are nice touches.

International shipping will include customs duties or import taxes in many countries, which the buyer must cover.
